Renewal of Passports

Documents Required for Renewal of passport

1. Application form "O"

2. Old Passport
3. Valid original Visa/Resident Permit;
4. Self addressed envelop
5. Photocopies of all the originals

Important:
The applicant, when applying for a new passport or for an extension of the existing passport, has to submit a copy of the decision by the Immigration Authorities on the applicant’s application made to Immigration Authorities to stay in the present country of residence. (For applicants live in Sweden the First Page of the decision of the Migration Board)

Change of name of after marriage

3. Original Marriage Certificate
4. Original Birth Certificate
5. Valid original Visa/Resident Permit
